Commercial Property Manager

Join a friendly, high-performing Property Management team managing a portfolio of retail, mixed-use, or office properties located within the Wasatch Front with the potential of properties throughout the Intermountain West. This job is full-time and located in our corporate offices in Sugarhouse.

Job Duties:

Manage common areas through site inspections, contractor meetings, and repair and maintenance programs.
Maintain positive relationships with tenants through face-to-face interactions, resolving conflicts, and collecting rent. Rent/CAM collection.
Prepare and manage various documents including financial reports, leases, audit reports, and others.
Prepare and manage budgets and common area reconciliations.
Manage effective relationships with vendors, contractors, lenders, owners, and others.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience related to the above duties
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent time management and project management skills
Organizational and prioritization skills
Proactive and approachable
Ability to work with and adapt to multiple online software platforms
